Its available on esnsips., but the quality is poor. Search for critical reasoning bible.
Worth buying a new one.

I know the scanned copy on esnsips..com doesnt have that great print but still its not that bad that one cannot study from it. I studied critical reasoning from the softcopy and it was also easy to write short notes(comments) in the pdf file itself. critical reasoning is not that tough that you need to buy a book for it.
