Manhattan Books seem to work best for most students. I think they are a must.

It depends on what you want from a book, different strokes for different folks. There is no one magic book which work for everyone.

I agree with Rocky77, it depends on whether one is simply looking for basic material or a comprehensive review (such as the EZ Solutions series).
