Can anybody recommend a good strategy book on Math Probabilities, Permutations, Combinations ?

In my experience, it is better to try to solve from the basic level, otherwise we can get confused. So, I recommend to start with +2 math books first and then go through gmat probability questions.

Manhattan GMAT's Number Properties book is good.
Veritas Prep's Project GMAT is good.

Also, the following study guides have been referenced on other parts of this website and would probably be helpful:
Combinations - GMAT Study Guide
Permutations - GMAT Study Guide
Probability - GMAT Study Guide
