Hi,
I am preparing for GMAT for last 3 months. I already took the GMAT last year and got a pathetic 510 . But I did not prepare anything for my previous GMAT. This year I prepared diligently with 2 hours a day and 4 hours on week ends. I am working full time.I focused on concepts in quants and verbal. Last time, when I took the exam, I lost my nerves and was guessing most of the questions. So this time, I took more CATs to build my stamina. I took GMAT prep 2008 download and got 650 (last month). Then I took Kaplan CAT 1,2,3 and got lower 600 scores . These scores are bringing down my confidence level. Are the Kaplan scores show your real position w.r.t to Actual GMAT? I am yet to give another GMAT prep test.I am getting 34+ in quants and 28+ in verbal in KAPLAN CATS. I have my GMAT scheduled on oct 23. Need advice on what to do for next 2 weeks to improve my score . |

Hi,
My , I'm no expert but I really don't have anyother advice to give you to improve your score, except to practice, practice, practice. But the Kap tests you took are supposed to be hard and most people who score around 600 - 600+ usually do well on the real test. So just keep practicing and when you take The Test just relax and be confident. Good luck! |
