Manhattan GMAT Free Cat - Accuracy
Hi All,
I took the free manhattan gmat cat today. I was surprised at how hard the quant was and the number I got wrong reflected that. However.. I ended up with a 700. I got SO many wrong on quant. I think 20 wrong or something ridiculous but still got a 43. This was 70th percentile. I got a 41 verbal but still had a lot wrong there as well (93%). Does anyone know if these scores are skewed? Im consistently scoring 660 now on PR and GmatPrep. I'm confused ![]() |

Manhattan GMAT free test is a cracker. ..I agree quant is way too tough because you consistently get 700-800 level ques despite getting them wrong (weird though!!).
So just relax and don't get boggled down by scores..if you managed 700 that's great. you won't encounter tougher quant than that be assured. |

i think Manhattan GMAT verbal is a little harder.
also, i think a 13 wrong in gmat prep gets you a 48, less than 10 get you 49 and above. in case of verbal , on gmat prep, i'd say they cut a little more than one point per question, i consistently get 9 wrong, and the exam gives me v=40/ 39. lets try to put a score to the number of incorrect answers. I'd say a quant with less 10 or 9 wrong gets you about 49. can others please share their thoughts? |
