    Game day advice

I just finished taking the gmat. I scored Q45V41 710.

    Here's my problem:

I have spent the past month preparing for the exam. My Kaplan scores range from 730-780. My Manhattan GMAT scores range from 760-790. I took both GMAT Prep exams this week, scoring 760 and 780. My Quant scores are never below 49, and my verbal scores are almost always in the 99% range.

Today, while testing, I couldn't focus on the questions in front of me. I had to re-read each question several times before answering. I was anticipating a score ranging from 750-790, since almost all my scores fell within that range. Yet, my worst score came on the actual GMAT.

So my question to all of you out there is this:

What advice do you have to help me calm down enough to perform the way I perform without the pressure? I'm choking on the pressure right now and need to figure out how to figure out how to do better.

Did you struggle with time? One of the best things that you can do is realize that you are SUPPOSED to get questions wrong. You can get 10 questions or so wrong and still score in the 90th+ percentile. When you are struggling, select an answer and move on. Save the time and don't worry about getting a question wrong.
