    Veritas

    Hey Folks,

I am a recent member on this site and am hoping someone could give me some direction. In particular, I would like to know whether anyone has heard of a GMAT test prep co. called Veritas and whether it's a good prep course. Also, is it even worth enlisting in any such prep courses. Would PR, Kaplan and online material suffice?

also, would advice you to go thro. all the success/700-750+ stories of our forum members posted by em' here--

    Hey Bullfighter:

Thanks for your prompt reply. Well I have taken PR course and didn't find it overly helpful as most of the strategies concerning the quant section involved the plugging in method/choosing numbers for a majority of the problems. I have taken the Gmat twice thus far, receiving a 600 the first time and regretfully a 560 the second time around. I hope you can provide some more useful tips in terms of study strategies. I am particularly weak in reading comp, have difficulty with CR and at best mediocre in the quant section.
