A raised to 1/3 means the "third" (or cube) root of A, that is the number B that B x B x B = A or,what is the same, B raised to 3 equals A. For example 27 raised to 1/3 is equal to 3 because 3 in the power of 3 equals 27 (3 x 3 x 3 =27). As with square roots there is no general rule (to my knowledge) that you can estimate roots apart from smart guessing. i.e. if you know that 2 raised to 3 equals 8 then you know what is 8 raised to 1/3.
:-) Hope it helps.![]()
I hope someone more expert in cards and their names in english will help you.![]()

There are 4 suits: hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades
Each suit has 13 cards: 1-10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace
Total cards in a deck: 52
A raised to 1/3 is the same as the cube root of A. Any fractional powers are exponents on the numerator, roots in the denominator. So A to 1/3 is A raised to the 1 power (which means it's just A) and then to the cube root.
