princeton GMAT computer problem

I have a problem with the Princeton GMAT material
I got the AWA directions screen in front of me, and it says
to begin, "Click on the next arrow below"

the arrow is below my screeen and i can't scroll down, anyone who solved this problem, please let me know.

try reducing your screen resolution through proporties on desktop... this might work...

thanks for the suggestion
i checked the desktop properties, i am on a minimum resolution at the moment 800x600
so can not go any lower!

any other suggestions?

Try using the tab button - just a guess

the tab did not work

even the close button does not work, or is not supposed to work

i dont know wif this helps, but when i click on about this app, i get

"Transprency is temporaily diabled because an application that uses DirectX ir 3D hardware features is currently running"
