Kaplan Material vs Real Test Material

For those who have taken or are taking a test prep course:

Did you find the Princeton Review and/or Kaplan practice tests harder than the real exam? I have taken a number of Kaplan Practice tests and I find them to be very difficult. TO me it seems the Kaplan CAT starts with the hard material right away...so my score goes down right away. When I look at Power prep questions they just seem much easier in general. Is it just me?? Any one with the same experience?

Yes, i think its the general sentiment that Kaplan Tests are harder than the real thing. PowerPrep tests give you a better idea of what your real score will be.

Erin has given me the advice to do the kaplan tests earlier on in your study, then do the powerprep towards the end. I pass that advice onto you.

The Princeton Review practice tests are closer to the real thing (not quite as mindblowing as the really hard tests). Use their book for strategy, and the tests for practice, but yeah, do the Powerprep ones last.
