Kaplan Cd-Rom problem

Yes,it's new and there is no scratch on it but whatever I put in cd-driver,it works fine.Every cd I use works fine,but Kaplan cd-rom.I emailed to Kaplan's technical support department.They told me if I want replacement,I could call a 1-800-..... number and contact with them.Do they mean they will send me a new cd-rom when I send them mine?

Yes, they will probably send out a replacement. You could try! Nothing to lose, right?

BTW, you are studying other stuff, even while your CD isn't working, right??

i have downloaded the kaplan's 21 parts. i installed it over my pc. now it is asking for cd to be put into cd-rom. i copied it but it is still asking for it.although it was in it. it is showing that please insert the higher score cd into the cd-rom c which is my main drive

Does kaplan cd run on vista?? cause i am having problems with it (it cant read the cd)
