Is this an ok indicator?
Avg of all your Princeton test scores +30= Minimum score you may expect in actual exam (n>2)

Avg your Kaplan score +90 = Min score you can expect in actual exam?
(n>2)

Take the lowest of two.

I have also heard that reverse happens as well.

You've got to believe me when I say that the practice tests you take will NOT represent your score on the test day. I am a professional teacher, and every single time I teach non-official test materials, I find some problem or difference (i.e., some non-GMAT thing) on the test that essentially invalidates the score received on that practice test.

It would be better for you to use GRE, LSAT, or MCAT material for practice (to gauge your score, anyway) than to use the various practice materials available.
