What is the ddd.net?

Could somebody give us more details about what is the ddd.net that some of you are mentioning in your posts? When I try to go to the url: ddd.net or www.ddd.net is says no link.

Hmm, nice website. A lot of Chinese characters. However, the part with the GRE test downloads is not working. When I click on the zip files at the bottom it says no link (I think). Any ideas?
