Hi everyone,

I just stumbled onto this site. I wish I had found you guys sooner. I took the GMAT exam on Monday Feb. 20th and I scored 530 (Q13,V89). Needless to say, I am embarrased by my score and plan to take the GMAT again. I studied the GMAT Review, but the questions on the quantitative section of the real exam were a lot harder. I really need help with the quantitative section. Can anyone recommend a comprehensive math?review book?

No need not be embarassed. I think you did well on verbal.
So you can deal with half the battle already !

About quant its just about practice and form. Maybe that
was a bad day.

Identify the areas where you are weak and GMAT tests.
Like number prop, geometry, time and work etc.

Math review book -- I think OG is def a great book. Had the questions
been tougher, I wold have said that its the best.
But easy or tough, from OG you can pretty much get to know the type
of questions and the thinking of question setters.
Get to know your mistakes and improve them and not only that
do tougher questions from KAPLAN. Review your mistakes atleast
once every week.

Hey liela

I agree with tamgmat just work on the gmat OG11th and gmat prep. I have an answering grid that you can use to prctice answering the questions and zoom on your problems. Good i think you can do better and will do better. If you need anything just PM.
