Yes, I have done them and I do agree that they are a bit tougher, but if you read the questions with patience and practise them more I am sure you will feel more confident to answer. Its natural that as a human being we get perturbed when we confront unknown/unseen problems, but as we get more of them we get used to them. The key is to do the GMATPrep as many times you can, before you face the real one. It has a lot of hard/hidden questions which will pop up only when you do better. As the old saying goes "GMATPrep is the closet relative to real GMAT" So tame it baby. Date it as much as you can.

@kool_sunny:
Dude, even I have the same objectives as you do! Good to see people going for 2nd round as well! ![]() May be we can discuss our test strategies and get mutually benefited! My test date is Sep 29th! Right now, I am strategizing my plan this way... 1. Take the GMATPrep test as diagnostic and see what your pitfalls are. 2. For SC, books I am following are: Princeton Verbal, Manhattan SC, Wren and Martin High School English Grammar and Composition 3. For CR, PowerScore Critical Reasoning Bible and Manhattan CR and RC. 4. For RC, Manhattan RC. 5. For practice tests in between: OG 10 and OG 11. 6. For Math; Kaplan Premier Edition and Kaplan 800 7. For AWA; Princeton Verbal, The Elements of Style and Writing Skills for GRE - GMAT. 8. Practice Tests every week to assess the progress: GMATPrep, PowerPrep, Princeton Practice Tests, Kaplan practice tests and Arco Practice tests. @seniors: If you think, I am doing something wrong and following a wrong lane, please let me know and also suggest me in making it better! @others who are giving it in Sep, 2008: Get in touch with me so that we can share each other's materials and plan for a better score! That's all for now... - Ravi Last edited by ravibits : 07-15-2008 at 09:05 AM. Reason: SC in 3rd line! |
