Liked the idea of having a dedicated forum for a particular B-school . Meanwhile i was chatting with one of my friends who is in ISB , i got to know that the Range of scores varied from 620 to 750 of the guys who have passed out this year . Also came to know that ISB possess more weight on Essays and Sop's .. . Shall share any further news , once i get to know . |

Hi All,
I have taken a GMAT power Prep test just now. My percentile was an awful 62%tile.....I will never forget this Day in my life..... The detailed scores are as follows: -------------Scaled Score-------Percentile -------------------------------------------------- Quantitative ---49---------------- 93 Verbal ---------20 ----------------18 Total ---------570---------------- 62 From the above results it is pretty obvious that my verbal skills have to be improved drastically.. My main weak point was Sentence Corr....(which I thought as my Strong point till now ) Have to work on this with a serious head...Any valuable inputs from any body around....... ![]() Thanks a lot in anticipation....... |

First things first .... dont feel down ... Analyze hard .... Instead of practising too much ,focus on Fundamentals . For SC , try absorbing Manhattan Gmat SC Book , and then try doing a set of SC . Master the rules first . Ideally SC , is the most easiest of the 3 . and shud not consume more than 70 sec per ques . But that speed coupled with 90% accuracy shall only come by Absorbing the Fundamental Verbal Rules in your blood . I hope u find this useful . |
