Head-to-Head Analysis: Veritas Prep versus Manhattan GMAT

    Sponsored Ad:
I found that some people who are looking into GMAT prep courses often ask for the differences between these two courses. I have actually taken both courses and have written a pretty comprehensive head-to-head analysis between them. You can find it here:

tmmyc.gmat: Head-To-Head Analysis: Veritas Prep versus Manhattan GMAT

It is a bit long, so you can scroll to the bottom for the summary, or to whatever section you find most relevant to you. Hope this provides some value.

For people looking for vertias Caution!!!!!!!

    read the below

    http://www.urch.com/forums/gmat/3300...s-veritas.html (Manhattan Vs Veritas)

had a horrible experience with Veritas, very basic training, no strategy whatsoever, poor instructor, BETTER CHECK instructor's 99 percentile.....Ask them to show the score report period. If you are spending $1500 they better give you what they claim...

Hi v-rap. I completely understand your frustration and am sorry that you had a poor experience with Veritas. I also share many of your concerns and was hoping to quantify it in my analysis. Since you have also taken Veritas, I would love to get your feedback, given you have the time to read it!

Also, the link you posted is broken. I believe it refers to this thread: http://www.urch.com/forums/gmat/3300...s-veritas.html (Manhattan Vs Veritas)

Thanks v-rap! I do notice a resounding theme of disappointment there. I am hoping my analysis covers that both adequately and objectively.

Dear Clockwork - It's obvious that you are trying to ad Veritas...Please stop it.
I am coming back after almost a year and want to tell you Veritas "SUCKS" NO VALUE FOR MONEY.

Friends - If you are really serious of getting 650+ score, don't take Veritas, It can help you 500+ not beyond 600, I had bad experience. I wish I could have saved $1500.

Beware, they have old obsolute stuff with no help.
I would advise to study og11 this will by itself cover twice veritas. And do lot of practice exams. I feel Manhattan are more into the grove of latest stuff and will definitely help.

This is my personal opinion - pls do your own analysis.
    V-

V-rap who do you work for? It is clear that you have an agenda. I find it interesting that you espouse exactly the same positioning that corporations like Manhattan GMAT use on their web site.

Explain yourself. The people want to know. How much are they paying you?

All I know is that Manhattan GMAT repeatedly LIED To me. I got a 700+ score on my own, not with their crooked "help."
