Kaplan GMAT vs Manhattan GMAT vs Actual GMAT?

Please, I need as much help as possible to figure this out!

Is the Kaplan GMAT test scores reflective at all of what I can expect in the actual GMAT? What about the Manhattan GMAT scores against what I can expect on my final GMAT?

I would really appreciate feedback on some of the simulated tests out there. Thanks!

kaplan scores demotivate you. read somewhere that you should add 50 points to your Kaplan score. best estimation is through power prep software

thanks effective factor for your response. That's what I heard but needed some reassurance cos my scores are hovering just below or around 600. And its very de-motivating!

Kaplan Quant should be ok.....you can get 45 - 50 score easily.
Kaplan Verbal is tough......I got 28 last time.....making my score 580.
I have stopped taking test as it wasn't helping me.

GMAT Prep = Actual GMAT

Overall Kaplan is harder than real test.

But if you take individual section, then,
Kaplan Quant = Actual GMAT
Kaplan Verbal is tougher than Actual GMAT.

IMO, MGMAT (manhattan) are much closer to the actual GMAT than Kaplan.

I think you can't see kaplan as an accurate gauge of your scores but as a gauntlet or triathlon that will prepare you for a run (GMAT)....after all practice makes perfect. i think manhattan gmat tests are closer to the actual gmat but kaplan makes you tougher since you're exposed to more hard questions.
