GMAT Strategy

Wanted to see if anyone had some advice about studying for the GMAT... the second time around. I had prepared for it last year (August-December) but didn't end up feeling prepared for the exam. I took an online course with Manhattan GMAT and wasn't too happy with my practice test scores. I also tried Veritas but a lot of the material, I already knew... My scores have ranged from 520-680.

I've been using the 11th OG, Manhattan's books, and Kaplan.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to how I should prepare for my July exam? Much much appreciated!!!

Hi,

5 to 9 hrs a day is fine if you r not working anywhere... Otherwise you have to make time to study atleast for 3 hrs a day in weekdays and 5 to 9 hrs in week ends. Just take a prep test once just to estimate where you stand. Then try to identify your weak areas(whether its quant or verbal). Then try to concentrate on those areas and improve yourselves.. Keep posting your prep schedule and how it is going.. All the Best!!!!

Is it best to study all subjects each day? Or better to break it up...

Think you should focus on one topic at a time, so better to break it up for each day.
