revrocksteady
I have a about 2 weeks free right now where I can devote all my time to GMAT studying before work takes over my schedule again. . . I want to maximize the time I have over the next 2 weeks and really get a good base for my GMAT prep. . . I have really slacked off this summer and didn't utilize down time the way I should have. I have taken the GMAT before, scored a 610 without studying for the exam. It was pretty even between quant/verbal, but usually quant is my strong point casually. I tend to struggle with time and then stress myself out during the quant section. My AWA score was 5.5. That was last year. Now I am trying to get serious and start studying so I can break 700. I have already hand written out the Beat The GMAT flashcards and been reviewing them. Any advice on how I can structure my study schedule? Keep the discipline? Hours needed to translate to target scores?
flex_manny
My only advice is make a list of things you need to memorize for Sentence Correction like Idioms and read them before you hit the bed every night. Also take your time to target weaker areas.
sandipbhattacharya
2/3 hours every day should be helpful.
