Prolem with prep software of mba.com

Hi, I am having a problem in the prep s/w of mba.com
I have tried the 3 steps. But the loading test screen continues for ever.
1. Load new jre from sun site,
2. Re-install the prep s/w
3. Install vga drivers from motherboard CD.

The installation CD given by GMAC solved the problem
