Help...I just took the GMAT and did horrible

I just took the GMAT, and I did very bad. I never thought I would have been able to get score this low. I was wondering if anyone who has received a high score, or has been able to raise their score a lot can give me some info on how to go about the test when I take it the second time.

It would help to know what exactly your score was and what the percentile was for each quant and verbal. Any particular areas of weakness? What did you do to study the first time?

As lafiche said it would help to know your score and prep info also any areas of weakness , it would assist in developing an effective method to increase your score.
