MSE vs MBA

Hello all, I am debating between two programs and am looking for some input...

They are Penn State's iMBA program and Purdue-Kelly MSE/MBA dual degree. Penn State's program is a 2 year cohort while Purdue-Kelly is probably 5-6 years.

I have a BSEE, 2 years work experience, UGPA 3.3, GMAT 600. Eventually I would like to be in engineering management, but I am not sure which path to take...

Penn State is appealing because it is 2 years. After which I would try to enroll in my companies Leadership and Development Program for recent MBA grads.

Purdue-Kelly only the other hand would be good because I am only 24 and a MSE would provide a nice stepping stone (pay increase & possibly design engineer experience) before making the jump into management. I would probably be finishing up my MBA at 29/30.

Your thoughts would be appreciated...
