Dear all,

well this is my first post as an MBA student (this is my first semster)i put before many posts on this forum but this when i was seeking a good score on the GMAT test,and needless to say that Testmagic helped me a lot.
Thus, i back again with full hope to get help on my MBA assignments and exams,actually on my course on "Managing Organizations" we took one of HBS case studies "Rob Parson at Morgan Stanley".and my problem is that this kind of questions is totally new for me , thus i don't know how to tackle the question, how to answer, what to put(theory or imprical examples.
if anyone has an idea to help me on this, he/she is most welcomed.

Are you kidding? You are using this board to do case discussion? Depending on your prof., you are suppose to use his/her framework.

For case study, its mostly experience. Its not the same as GMAT where there is a black or white answer. Moreover, most schools use difference cases for diff. profs and cases cannot be downloaded. So most of us will not know which cases you are having and which version.
