Phd in US vs Europe in CS
hi all,
i have an admit frm a university in europe for phd in CS. I'm not sure though if to wait to apply to US or go for it. My profile is as follows: BE frm mumbai university in IT (from an average college)65% (topper in class) BE project was accepted by CDAC Mumbai to be merged with their project. MTech from IIT in geomatics engineering (interdisciplinary) with GPA 9.2 summer intern at Indian Statistical Institute, kolkata A fellowship in Germany with 9 months of research experience 2 LOR's from IIT prof's and one from a prof at UC Berkeley Working in sensor networks. considering tht i apply for fall 2009 there wud be a one conference publication till then. what are my chances for Phd in CS at following universities with an average GRE Score. UC Berkeley UCLA University of Wisconsin Madison UIUC can someone guide me please? |
