I was actually pretty interested in reading what you have to say...
I know I need a better institution. I just have to figure out how to make that work for me before the end of next semester.
Then the question is will another institution be better or the same, the grass is always greener on the other side...
If I were to get a complete scholarship with stippend, I could justify the move to another institution. I'm committed to 1 more semester where I'm at since I've paid up. Then again, I might could work something out where I'm at.

Generally speaking, graduate school is a lonely and tough experience. It is mostly about socializing you into academe and less about teaching you.
I recommend that you talk to your peers and you will not only gain the support that you need, but realize that your feelings are not unique. Here is a link to a few books that may also help you. Graduate School Survival Books
Cheers!
