low grades in gradschool overseas

hello i am a very old member of this forum and i have been viewing this site for long time,i am an international student too like you,i am usually on toefl ibt speaking sessions,i have a question regarding low grades in master's program.i happened to get few many too many low grades in my master's program A,then because of fear i have switched major to B with in same school, then all came one more real time problem with my health and i screwed up my grades again, this time very worse ,i guess they were worse than F's,incompletes may be ,i havent even had a chance to check them,i went back HOME and took up work visa and worked for 3 years to cope up.now that i want to go back to my original school with my primary major A with a gpa of 2.8,what would be best way out,iam really bad with my performance in other major B i took for longitude in usa.and now what concerns me is the gpa in B major ,and if i THAT GPA WOULD AFFECT to transfer my major BACK from B to A again without those grades affecting my transfer.i am reaching my time limit to complete the degree by next year.please advise
