GRE 1390 (800(Q) + 590(V)) MS(ECE) Spring 2010 University Help
Hello I'm just finished taking the GRE and got 1390 with a 4 in AWA.
I'm interested in taking up Signal Processing for my masters and would like to know which all universities to apply to. Parents want me to go to Texas as my sister is residing there. These are some of the universities I picked up. 1. USC - Viterbi 2. University of Illinois -UC 3. Georgia Institute of Technology (GaTech) 4. Purdue 5. Virginia Tech 6. University of Minnesota Twin Cities. 7. CMU 8. UW-Madison 9. TAMU 10. Rice University I'd like to know if there any safe/moderate universities that I missed out on. I won't be applying to all these, this is just a tentative list. Also I'd like some comments on these universities regarding my chances. I can't apply to universities that have deadlines before August as I'm currently out of state. TAMU and GaTech are just little risky to apply as I'll be just making it. Help Please (-: Edit: I have an 81% in UG in Electronics and Telecommunication. University topper is 87%. I'm in the top 5 in my class. Have done a project based on signal processing and vlsi. Haven't published any papers. Last edited by h8null : 2009 June 6th at 04:11 PM. Reason: Addn. Info |

I actually just applied to USC-Viterbi last night. In the processing of trying to tie myself to the desk to finish the statement of purpose. How did your app process go? |
