Letters of recommendaton

I know this is a basic easy question that should be a common sense for a lot of people, but i'm very confused because I have graduated from college already.

What is the procedure for letter of reference? I have asked professors for recommendation, and they have said yes. But I'm still confused if I need to provide every single different recommendation form from schools I'm applying. Or is it that the professors can fill out a common form and send it to a career center where they can make multiple copies? Thank you!

I think most schools are going to want their form filled out, so your professors will probably need to fill out each form. Usually they attach a letter to the form which can be the same for each school.
