MS in EE/ECE
Which tier of universities would you guys recommend for somebody with a profile like mine:

BS ECE (GPA: 3.25) from a US undergrad institution in the nation's top 10 of institutions offering engineering programs at BS and MS level. My GPA is low but I have all A's in the 3 undergraduate level courses in the field of study I want to pursue.

GRE: 740Q, 510V, 4.0AW

No research experience and no internship experience.
