I've applied for Spring 2010 to a few universities in the US. Most of the deadlines are on October 1. I took my TOEFL IBT on Sep 12. Now from the way the website describes it, in the best case scenario, the scores will get there in about 3 weeks. So that means in the first few days of October at best. Most of the schools are in the NY/NJ area so that might help time wise. Will the universities still take those score reports into consideration when they reach them, or will my applications simply be rejected because of being incomplete? I certainly hope not, since I think I have a decent shot at most of the colleges I've applied to.
Btw, the reason I took it so late was because of a slight miscalculation on my part. I took the CBT in 2005 (got a 300/6.0 infact

). That test was available on all the weekdays. But when I looked up the IBT this time around, on Sep 1 (to give it in the next couple days or so), it turns out that it's only taken about once every two weeks. And the last one was on Aug 31. :| . About as much bad luck as one can imagine. So I couldn't take it before Sep 12. Please let me know if this is a big issue and if so, what can I do about it?
