Minimum GRE Verbal Score for Top School?

I am wondering what is the minimum verbal score I should be aiming for if I am planning to apply to Master program in top 5 school (Eg.Stanford, CMU HCII, MIT Media Lab, Berkeley)? Since English is my 2nd language, my verbal score is pretty bad. 390 for Verbal and 800 for math. I think I should retake right? What is a reasonable score? Is 450 about right? So I can have some target and know when I should stop taking it. If the next time that I take the GRE, my verbal score increases but my math score decrease. Will they take the best score from each round into consideration, or do they only look at the best sitting? Thank you!

Some note about me:
I am senior CS student from University of Illinois, so hopefully grad school will probably know that despite my low verbal score, I can survive in US university. Also, I already got a publication in a top tier conference, and already submitted one more paper to another top tier conference.
