Profile Evaluation Fall 2010 MS in Cs

i have gre score of 1360 [ V 590 Q770].. this is my second attempt.. in first attempt i took 1190... yet to take toefl.. awaiting awa.. i have good academics with 83%.. done some paper presentation and a good final year project on hci .. completed IBM db2 database associate certification... i can get good recos and prepare an impressive statement of purpose... i have some colleges in mind and want thy suggestion whether its worth applying and does my profile suit them...

i am not sure about Georgia Tech......but i think you can get admit in rest of the univs
i heard that USC and NCSU are a bit expensive
