Hi All;

For the applications to the universities can i pay the fee with someone else's credit card? I mean will the name difference of the credit card owner be a problem ?

Please I have to apply for a credit card otherwise and it takes 10 days to arrive...

Yes. It doesn't matter if the credit card holder is a different person. All that matter is that it should be valid.
