How much do individual sections in TOEFL matter?

Hi all,

I got my toefl scores : 106.
R 29 / L 30 / S 20 / W 27

What was really shocking was that I got just 20 in speaking . I am pretty sure that the darned test comp cutoff my responses. There was a considerable lag between the beep and the message box that shows the remaining time. I started speaking right after the beep.. now I feel that part of my responses were not recorded.

I have seen some universities requiring 24 in speaking section. So should I retake it? Will I be denied admission just because I did not get enough?
