Need help in deciding grad school for Biotech / Biochemistry / Microbiology

Dear all,

I am planning to apply for MS / PhD in Biotech / Biochemistry / Microbiology. I am Planning to apply for Spring / Fall-2010. My profile is as follow

Back ground : M.Tech (Biotech) reputed University India -- 1st class
M.Sc (Microbiology) India - 1st class
B.Sc (Chemistry with Physics, Math and Biology) India - high 2nd class
Professional experience : 2 years Research Assistant (Ivy league Unniversity Lab, US)
Area of Interest : Only Master programme. I am not interested in Phd
Funding : Need funding in terms scolarship / RA / TA etc
GRE : 800 Q and 480 V
Toefl: 95
Status ; Currently in US on L2 visa

Guys can you guide me which University shall i target? I have location preference. The location is either greater NYC area or Boston area
in east coast or major city areas in west coast (in warm climate). I have figured out the universities in East coast to apply but need help
in selecting the West coast Universities.

Can you please guide me which 4/5 schools in West coast I should apply in MS / PhD in Biotech / Biochemistry / Microbiology?
I need funding for graduate study. Also can you please comment what is the possibility to get addmission and funding in Spring, 2010 session.
