Profile Evaluation for Aeronautica/Aerospace

I have scored 1370(V-570 & Q-800) in GRE and waiting for the AWA scores. I have my TOEFL in the 14th of Nov. I have done my bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering(76%) and now want to change my majors to Aerospace/Aeronautical because of my interest in it. I have even participated in air modelliing competition(Techfest) held at the IIT Mumbai and done a minor project in designing a Zepplin prototype. I have 2yrs of industrial experience.
What are my chances of getting into the following universities :
Ohio State University
North Carolina State University
University of Southern California
Virginia Tech
University of Minnesota
University of California, LA
Penn State University, University Park.

If possible kindly suggest me of any other universities also.
