I really dont know which ones to apply to

I do want to apply to the top courses, like Columbia, NYU-Courant, Princeton, Michigan etc, but i am aware that my GRE Quants is very low. So i think my chances of getting into those are pretty slim.
I would liek to consider Boston Uni, George Washington, and Georgia Tech. I would like to know, if i stand a chance in these colleges, or if even they are out of my reach.

Also, how is Rutgers, Florida State, Illinois Institute of Technology for Finance?

Thank You
Really appreciate the help

zshfryoh1 is on the way!
Rutgers has two programs. The one jointly offered by the math and stats departments is called Math Finance and is top 15 in the US, maybe top 10. The one in the B-school is called quant finance and does not have as good a reputation. The math finance program there has a rep for liking incoming students to have a lot of formal math courses before applying to the program and makes all applicants fill out a form with all the math courses they have taken together with textbooks used.

Florida State is probably also top 15 in the US, but because it is not located near the major financial centers probably does not place quite as well. They are one of the only schools with a PhD program.

I don't know much about Illinois IT.

I don't know anything about schools in India so I can't help you much with the specifics of your profile.
