transferring recommendation letters

I applyied to colorado university last year in computer science, unfortunately
i wasnt accepted, it was hard to me to provide those recommandation letters
and now its much harder
is it a way I use my previous recommendation letters for applying in linguistics in the same university this year, its my only chance otherwise requesting again the proffosors is so har to me
