    Help with Grad School choose

I recently got accepted to UIUC masters of Policy economics and I am waiting for responses for the University of San Francisco, American University, Vanderbilt, and few other schools. My interests are in development and international economics. After i get my masters i think want to work with an NGO or a development organization. Maybe I will get my PhD, but right now not really sure. I was wondering if anyone had thoughts about University of San Francisco's International and Development economics masters, American Universities MA of Econ development concentration, and Vanderbilit's GPED program. I appreciate the help
