Still appliable master in Dynamical Systems (europe)

Hello everybody,
I'm currently finishing my MSc Economics thesis, and I'm experiencing some deep concern with regards to the next year agenda. In fact, since I still did not apply to any PHD, I fear I am going to throw in the bin almost an year.
Altought I've set the pace in order to have all documents\tests ready for the next deadline (15 of December) I feel rather worried and I'd like to find something to do in the meantime. I'm actually working for the Economics Department of my (european) state but I want to address toward another MSc (I'm 24 years old).

Given that I'm considering to take a PhD in quantitative sociology and I sit many exams in engineering faculties (dynamical systems, complex dynamical systems, economic dynamics, dynamical optimization), I would enjoy any suggestion related to 1 year Masters in Europe which would strenghten these disciplines (complex studies, dynamical systems).
What would you suggest to do?
