which Recommendation letters will be better

Hi Erin,

I am applying for MS Comp Science with Civil back ground, i have work experience in Computer field for almost 5 years. For applying into grad school which recommendation letters will have more weightage, work experience recommendation letters or recommendation letters from college professors.

As per my knowledge I think for GMAT, university will prefer letters form u r employer also strong reco from u r collage. which will conducive for u r admission in good university.
