Dear all,

I am top in my class in a top 10/15 for Economics, UK uni. Ive been accepted to the above places(waiting on UCL) and cambridge but have been waitlisted from the latter(which is also my preference).

I perceive Warwick to be superior to UCL but is also more expensive and in Cov. St andrews on the other hand is v affordable, seems quite nice and I am happy with the image of the university but I hear very little regarding the department. Moreover, its ranking is horrid:P

In terms of both what I will learn during the MSc and the chances it will give me to be accepted into a good PhD programme in London, how do the three fare. Is St. Andrews significantly behind the first two?

Thank you all in advance.
