GPA 3.21

My undergraduate degree was in EE.(from Yildiz Technical University)

What do you guys think about this list? Does anyone have a suggestion for other universities? I want to apply to 8 or 9 schools max.

Do I have any chance for Financial Aid in any of these universities?
