What should be written on the Cover of the application packet?
Only address? Or Name, Date of Birth etc etc.

Again, Some uni. provide SID or Track No. Is it essential to write it on the application packet or cover letter? Cause, it requires some time to get the SID and Track No and if I wait for that, I will miss my application deadlines.
