Hi,
680 is good score!!!
I think you stand a pretty reasonable chance of getting admission to some good colleges here, with a little extra attention paid to ur recos. and Essays etc..
Also would u like to share ur test taking experience with us?
I mean how do u compare Kaplan vs. Actual Test and Official guide vs actual test..
Any insight will be helpful.
Also how do u convert Undergrad score to GPA??
Thanks a lot

Hi
yes i m trying to concentrate on those two things..
Can u tell me any site which will help me in preparing good sops and essays???
one more thing can u guys tell me if two ppl with almost same backgrnd apply to same univ then will a person with higher score have an advantage...and if possible does anyone know how much weightage do universities give to SOPs and Essays and how much to score??/
about my experiences...
i would say do kaplan well....though questions in exam are not in that pattern but kaplan will give u a better insight and reasoning in both verbal and quant. i never scored lower than 700 in any test of princeton...but princeton should be done only to test ur own stratergies..and do powerprep CDs with utmost seriousness. They are the best.No use of doing them after doing the ETS book.So do then as soon as possible and analyse urself. Then take kaplan. It shows some very good techniques. And then princeton. And most importantingly dont panic ...in some ques u just have to apply common sense so if u panic u will lose score without a reason....
regarding conversion of undergraduate scores...according to my university i delved upon the formulaMy percentage/Topper's Percentage)*4
maybe the universities will calculate on some other basis...but that is what me and my frnds have got till now...
will keep u posted if i find any changes....
thanks
