I guess there is only west virginia (Morgantown) hav'nt heard of the one in montgomery.
West is a decent University, though donno much abt mech ,its decent for EE. btw what is thy profile??

thy GRE(q) is preety good,though acads may hurt a bit try for some better ranked Univ .
