It's a no brainer mate...Purdue all the way! You'll get access to better research opportunities and a degree from Purdue will have some class attached to it which a MS degree from USC will lack. (I'm very sorry if I've offended anyone)
Btw, how did you manage to get full funding for the MS program at USC?!?
