Hello Friends!
I had my GRE on 10'th of January 2003 and I got the following scores:
Verbal:660/800
Quant:750/800
AWA:4.0
I have applied to five Universities
1 Texas AMU
2 CSU Hayward
3 University of Floriada
4 Florida Institute of Technology
5 University of California ,Irvine
So far I have received only one decision from UCI and that too a rejection. I am very worried about my future and don't know what should I do.So please give you suggestions generously.

Thankx for reading my message

Sri is on the way!
Gupta, this year the number of applicants to any US school has increased by some umpteen percentage and its turning out to be real tuf to get an admission....All bcoz of the bad economy, people who cant find a job are trying to go back to school. So dont lose ur heart and keep praying. Let's hope that u'll get into some school. With these scores I am sure that u shud get into CSU Hayward!!!!

Good Luck and fingers crossed for u,
-Sri.

I'm not familiar with all the schools you've applied to, but I am familiar with CSU Hayward and UC Irvine (the Northern California schools). Hayward is considered a fairly "easy" school; UC Irvine is more of a stretch, i.e., it is considered a pretty good school.

You've only told us your GRE scores; as you should be aware, there are SO many other factors involved. We cannot judge your chances based soley on your GRE scores.

I am not familiar with the Florida schools, so I can't comment about your chances at those schools.
