i would like to know what might be the cut off for MS in mathematical finance from rutgers university

if anybody out there have some knowledge regarding the same i would be happy to know

Why dont you get in touch with a prof at the university? You could write to them and see what s/he has to say about your questions

yep,, i did it but they said it depends on the whole application package

Noone would know what the cut-off is...be it GRE scores or GPA.
You should check out global-derivatives.com for more info on Math Finance. There is also a rankings table, so you should know where Rutgers stand. This might give you a clue on the strength of their Math Fin programme.
